1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how iGamingX ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when operators and end users interact with our platform, dashboards, APIs, and marketing surfaces.
We are committed to GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), and applicable jurisdictional standards. Where a conflict exists, the stricter standard applies.
2. Information we collect
We collect (a) data operators provide directly (account info, configuration), (b) operational data generated by use of the platform (logs, metrics, audit events), and (c) end-user data on behalf of operators in their capacity as data controllers.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use end-user data to train cross-tenant AI models.
3. How we use information
We use the data we process to deliver and operate the platform, provide support, detect fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve product quality. Operators retain control over end-user data subject to their own agreements with their players.
5. Your rights
Subjects may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Requests should be directed to the relevant operator (data controller). Where iGamingX acts as controller, write to privacy@igamingx.io.
6. Retention
Operational and audit data are retained for the periods required by gambling regulators in each jurisdiction (typically 5–10 years). End-user data is retained per operator policy and deleted on lawful request.
